Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 (Revoked)

Pursuant to part 6, section 132 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

Notice

1. Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 and should be read in conjunction with the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 January 2006, No. 1, page 51.

(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2006.

2. Fees

The Psychologists Board sets the following fees payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Tax

The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Fees Payable $

Application for registration for New Zealand trained psychologist. $375.00

Application for registration under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997. $375.00

Application for registration for overseas trained psychologist. $650.00

Certificate of registration. $75.00
