Psychologists (Fees) Notice 2000 (Revoked)

This is a regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

Notice

1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Psychologists (Fees) Notice 2000 and shall come into force on 1 April 2001.

2. Fees

Pursuant to section 41A of the Psychologists Act 1981 (“the Act”), the Psychologists Board sets the following fees payable to the board specified in the attached Schedule.

3. Fees inclusive of Goods and Services Tax-The fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax.

Schedule

Fees Payable:

Application for registration under section 15 of the Act $450.00

Annual practising certificate under section 25 (4) of the Act $455.00 1

Certificate of registration under section 18 of the Act $30.00

Certificate of temporary registration under section 23 (d) of the Act $450.00

The supply to any psychologist of any documents, other than certificates of registration, required by him or her for the purpose of seeking registration overseas $43.00

Copy of Register $45.00

Key to Annotation:

1. The fee is reduced to $227.50 for persons first registered by the board on/or after 1 October in any annual practising certificate year (1 April to 31 March inclusive), from 1 October 2001.
